Stop being your business’s bottleneck

If you’ve been following my journey for some time, you know I took over the family business at 30, with no leadership experience. I was the top sales agent and the business’s bottom line relied on me selling homes.

It’s why the transition from technician to visionary has been hard, especially in the early days when we were still in the red. It took a good three years to become profitable, after discovering millions of dollars of hidden business debt.

However, committing to levelling up from salesperson to CEO has transformed Nitschke in wonderful ways I couldn’t have imagined, if I just kept selling homes.

We haven’t just become profitable and independent. We’re building an industry-defining company, a destination employer, and something really special for our Adelaide Hills clients and community.

I’ve been able to achieve this by getting out of the way, not by trying to do it all.

And I want to share it with you, too.

If you want to scale your business, level up as a leader or crush it in your current role, this is for you.

Some CEOs spend their entire career stuck in technician mode and ‘on the tools.’ If you’re constantly feeling overwhelmed, burned out, disconnected and unable to fully trust your team, you’re not alone. Society glorifies hustle culture and it’s common to feel like you’ve created another job (with all the added responsibilities).

You need to systemise key parts of your business and personal life, so you can level up. I’m going to show you exactly how I did it, what my week looks like today as a visionary, and how you can start implementing this in your business.

I’m revealing it all in my upcoming workshop.

Make sure you’re on my email list, as I’ll share the workshop details there.
