From Michael

Why I wrote these

When I took over the business, I had no one to learn from. My dad was gone. There was no mentor. No one I could call who had been in the same position. I figured it out by making expensive mistakes and paying very close attention.

These 30 lessons cover what I actually needed: how to think like a leader before you feel like one, how to build a team that doesn't run through you, how to run a business on a system instead of instinct, and how to protect the life you're trying to build while you're building it. Each one comes with an action item. No padding.

They're free. They always will be. If one of them is useful to you, it was worth writing.
