With the new year here, it’s a good time to remind you what I do and how I can help you.

As a CEO, leader of a growing team and sales expert (with 17+ years of experience selling houses), my speaking and training offerings are tactical, motivational and authentic. You don’t have to compromise your culture to reach your KPIs, or vice versa.

Here’s how I can help you or your team this year.

My story:
I’m the CEO and award-winning sales agent at Nitschke Real Estate. At 30 years old, with no prior management or leadership experience, I stepped into the director role to run the agency, after losing my parents in sudden succession.

I soon discovered the business was on the brink of collapse, with only six weeks of operating capital left… and millions of dollars in debt.
Within three years, against all odds, I transformed the company into a profitable, independent, mission-led agency. I wrote a book about it called Leading Out of Loss.

Today, I mentor our growing team, continue to sell houses (although less these days), and speak on stages and within businesses across Australia.
