Work closely with me

These aren’t simply seats to fill. As the leader of Nitschke and an active agent, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with me and access my coaching and mentorship – particularly if you’re joining the sales team.

That means more than sending you to training sessions or giving you a set of targets and leaving you to it. You’ll have the opportunity to learn how I approach prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and decision-making.
